Customers signed up to the lower level price plan will receive email based support, while the mid-range plan opens up phone support. If you opt for the Enterprise subscription you will also have access to live chat.  

Pricing and Payment Processing: 

Depending on your business size and the features you need access to, you can choose between 3 packages. The Standard plan costs $79 per month per station, and allows for unlimited users, items and customers as well as a powerful back office. You can enter 10 custom fields and have access to the online knowledgebase. The Professional plan is $119 per month, and includes everything in the Standard plan plus unlimited custom fields, phone support, custom payment types and your own staging or training environment for developers. Integration with QuickBooks is included free of charge. Enterprise is the most in-depth POS solution, and costs $179 per month. You will have extended phone support, live chat access to POS experts, as well as custom branding and a custom ‘on boarding and configuration’ package of up to 10 hours.

Contract Terms: ‚Äč

The above prices are for an annual contract with SpringBoard Retail. If you would like to use the POS on a month to month basis, you can take away the commitment of the contract but your month to month cost will be around $20 higher. Remember that whichever payment processor you opt for may have their own terms and conditions. SpringBoard Retail offers hardware bundles which come with everything you need, including a manufacturer’s warranty. These start at around $900.

Bottom Line: 

SpringBoard Retail is a great retail Point of Sale solution, especially for those with more than one store. We love their features such as the ability to move product inventory between stores from the dashboard. Having three subscription choices makes them perfect for any size business.
